Going above and beyond

We’ve made some awesome new connections this year and have been able to strengthen past relationships with our clients. Darwin Basketball Association (DBA) is a perfect example having gone from only ordering a small number of rings for their champs, to now ordering over 800 trophies, medals and championship rings for their league and players.

We are so proud to be able to service many areas of Australia but one of the challenges we have had with Darwin is couriers! It’s been a challenge in itself to get products in and out, at reasonable times, plus the added complication that many transport services won’t carry Jewellery items. But we haven’t let that affect our relationship!

Due to a late committee decision, DBA decided they wanted to present some rings on the day of their finals series. Not leaving much time for transportation, owner of Jewel Empire Troy decided it was time to hop on a plane and meet the team up in Darwin. So upon the rings arriving Troy travelled from Melbourne to Darwin to personally deliver their rings, ensuring they would arrive on time. Mission success. All of the championship-winning players were over the moon to receive their rings and join Jewel Empire’s exclusive group of champions!

We love working with Darwin Basketball Association and look forward to a long and prosperous relationship together.
